What to Bring with You:

Our seminars are comfort-focused -- no fashion statements required!  Please wear what is comfortable for you.  Some Qi Gong sessions are active, so clothing that allows free movement is useful.  Most participants wear casual pants, T-shirts, and a fleece-type vest or pullover for chilly days.  You will be leaving your shoes at the door, so please bring comfortable warm socks or slippers to wear during class sessions.

Chicago weather is extremely variable.  Spring sessions can bring snow or rain.  Even in the summer, evening temperatures at the lake can dip down low enough to require sweatpants and a fleece pullover - or they can be warm enough to require no more than a bathing suit.

We suggest that you bring:
Short and long-sleeved T-shirts
Casual pants (shorts in summer)
Sweater or fleece pullover
Warm socks or slippers
Nightwear
Swimwear (summer) or wetsuit for waterskiing/jetskiing

Wind/rain gear if you walk or jog
Personal toiletries
Notepaper, pen, highlighter
Recorder if you record lectures (no videos)

We provide:
Spare toiletries
Fishing gear
Beach towels
Suncreens
Earplugs
Alarm clock in each bedroom

We can arrange for:
On-site massage, with advance notice
